1.Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Terava's services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you may not use the services.
2.Description of Services
Terava provides SMS messaging, business phone, and related communications services, including a Partner API for white-label integrations. Features may change over time.
3.Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and represent a valid Canadian or US business to use the services.
4.Account Responsibilities
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your API keys and account credentials, and for all activity that occurs under your account.
5.Acceptable Use
Your use of the services must comply with our Acceptable Use Policy. Prohibited activity may result in suspension or termination.
6.Billing and Payment
Services are billed monthly. We may require prepayment. Fees for consumed usage are non-refundable.
7.Service Availability
We use reasonable efforts to keep the services available but do not guarantee uptime for free-tier access.
8.Intellectual Property
Terava retains all rights to its platform and intellectual property. You retain ownership of your content.
9.Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Terava is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the services.
10.Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold Terava harmless from claims arising out of your use of the services or violation of these terms.
11.Termination
Either party may terminate at any time. We may suspend or terminate immediately for violations of the Acceptable Use Policy.
12.Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada.
